We need each of the following forms filled out by the state team meeting
State Team Meeting is during section at Fair
Attending the State Team Meeting is MANDATORY for all

Performance/Dressage/Driving will have their meeting Tuesday July 9th @ 7pm during the Performance section of the King County Fair
-
Western Games will have their meeting Saturday July 13th @ 4:30pm during the Gaming Section of the King County Fair

EVERYTHING IS DUE BY AUGUST 9TH
Judging kids also must accept or decline their spot by August 1.
-We will need an adult rep for the Senior team and one for the Intermediate team.
-EVERY Junior going must have their own adult representative go with them through registration.
​-No Oral Reasons for Juniors
-Fill out forms on Fair Entry click Judging, then select Equine Judging
State Jackets
Only a state team member may own one
If it's your first jacket; you pay $60 we pay the rest.
First year at state; you'll get it when you show up with your horse.

Herdsmanship
Each team member should sign up for at least 3 items. Clearly label your items with your name and King County.
Bring them with you when you load in and take them when you exit. It's a good idea to bring extra shovels and muck buckets for stripping stalls.
