Do you enjoy public speaking?  Would you like the opportunity to showcase your talent on a national stage?  Consider entering the 
2017 Equine Presentations Contest
Senior 4-H members may compete in one of three categories: 
  • Individual Demonstration
  • Team Demonstration
  • Public Speaking 

County winners in each category continue on to the State Fair in September, and state winners advance to Nationals.

~Posters can be turned in for judging starting at the          January Leaders Meeting. 
~Those that do not receive blues will be able to re-            submit their posters at future leaders 
         meetings to try again after making 
         corrections to their poster.
~The final deadline for submitting posters is the                May Leaders Meeting. 
~Any member wishing to submit their poster at the      State Fair can then turn their poster in at the            May Leaders Meeting to be sent to the                      Extension office. But they will have been                  judged by the horse program first. 
Horse Bowl Buzzers available for check out!
We have 2 full sets of colorful, light up, slam buzzers. Clubs can check them out for some fun horse bowl games during your meetings. See Denise Harris for more info.      denise.harris@comcast.net
